If you ever have concerns, AAC maintains a clear and fair Complaints and Appeals Policy. This ensures that academic or non-academic matters are handled transparently, respectfully, and without disadvantage to the student.
To make your journey easier, AAC has created a dedicated International Student Hub, a central online resource where you can find information about orientation, accommodation, living costs, student visa conditions, health and safety, social activities, and ongoing support services.

Complaints & Appeals
AAC is committed to providing a fair and transparent process for resolving student concerns. If you experience issues related to academic matters, administration, student services, or conduct, you are encouraged to raise them through our Complaints & Appeals Process.
Complaints Process
Students can submit a formal complaint via AAC's Improvement Action Complaint Form, regarding academic concerns, administrative issues, or misconduct. Complaints are handled confidentially and fairly, with a focus on early resolution.
Appeals Process
If a student disagrees with a decision (e.g., assessment outcome, disciplinary action, refund refusal), they can submit a formal appeal through AAC's Appeal Form. Appeals must be lodged in writing within 20 business days of the original decision.
